Regulations

1. The reservation of a place at the camp is possible only after the payment of 50Euro advance.
2. The payment for the camp can be divided into two parts - the first one of minimum 50Euro should be paid at the moment of reserving place and the second not later than 3 weeks before the beginning of the camp.
3. If the second part is not paid with a fixed time, the place can be sold.
4. The payments are not being returned in case of resignation
5. The discounts for students or club-members are given upon an actual students or member card and payment of all required members - collections.
6. The participants of the camps are insured through Szarza against misadventures.
7. The participants should obey the instructions of camp personnel considering the organization of the camp and activities with horses.
8. The intention of leaving the camp for more than 12 hours should be reported to the personnel.
9. The participant can resign from riding without the right to take the ride back later. He should report his intention to the personnel until 22:00 of the previous day. The chief of the camp takes the decision about eventual taking back of the ride.
10. At the base smoking is strictly forbidden, especially in the neighborhood of the stable. There are special smoking areas marked.
11. The participants are obliged to obey the meals hours. It is forbidden to use kitchen between meals.
12. The participants are obliged to keep order and tidiness at the area of the camp.
13. In case of not obeying the rules the participant can be punished with excluding from riding or even removing from the camp.
